CRCL received allegations that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has violated the civil rights and civil liberties of noncitizens at the Nye County Detention Center in Pahrump, Nevada.
CRCL received allegations that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has violated the civil rights and civil liberties of noncitizens at the Nevada Southern Detention Center in Pahrump, Nevada.
CRCL received complaints alleging that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services failed to provide confidential settings for credible fear interviews and did not provide credible fear decision documents to noncitizens at the Torrance County Detention Facility.

On February 27, 2023, CBP responded to a Recommendation Memorandum issued in September 2022 by CRCL about policies concerning behavior management of unaccompanied children in U.S. Border Patrol custody.
On March 20, 2023, ICE responded to an Expert Recommendation Memorandum issued in September 2022 by CRCL that followed a targeted onsite investigation at Clay County Jail.
On February 9, 2023, ICE responded to a Recommendation Memorandum issued in July 2022 by CRCL about ensuring critical services are provided to individuals who are housed in medical isolation and quarantine housing units.
On March 23, 2023, ICE responded to a Recommendation Memorandum issued in June 2022 by CRCL about the erroneous removal of a Guatemalan national previously in ICE detention.
