Topic: DHS posts a gap or problem for crowdsourcing. Question: a well-defined question or problem is posed to the public. Discover: Discover something of interest to you. Contribute: Promising solutions; ideas products and prototypes. Assessment: Practitioners, end users, subject matter experts, industry leaders judge your submission. Rating: Winners are selected based on judging criteria in the Federal Register Notice. Verified: Verify winner information and eligibility. Prize: Cash prize payment intellectual property agreements.
